Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For returns due to wrong, defective, or damaged products, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the seal to the end, without any cuts, edits, or filters. Return requests without complete video proof will be declined.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Fragile items are classified as non-returnable for hygiene, safety, and handling reasons(except in cases where they are received damaged or defective). This includes, but is not limited to, sunglasses, eyewear, and other delicate accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Exchanges
The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 7 business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days, and it will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days thereafter. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
